  1. When will my order arrive to the recipient?
    Orders placed before 12pm UAE time, then the order can be arranged for delivery on the same day. If it is an urgent delivery, place the order as a priority delivery.

  2. What measures are taken so that my order arrives in proper condition?
    The delivery is done in a refrigerated delivery van to ensure freshness is maintained.

  3. Can my order be delivered today?
    If placed before 12 pm UAE time or as a priority delivery, we can do the delivery on the same day.

  4. Is it safe to use my credit card online?
    All credit card information is processed securely using Network International Trusted payment gateway, which is a leader in online credit card transactions and protection. Because the credit card information is collected and processed on their servers, customers can rest assured that their credit card information will not be mishandled.

    Payment can be made directly on our website using Visa and Mastercard Credit cards. Alternatively, the option of paying Cash on Delivery is also available.

  10. What is Cash on Delivery?
    Payment for the item in cash on delivery. Just make sure you do not select this option when the recipient is not aware of this.

  11. How can I cancel the order? Do I get a full refund?

    Your credit card statements will show the charge as "Wafi natural flowers".

  13. Can I ask for a specific date or time for the delivery?
    You have the option to select a specific date for the delivery only not the time. If a specific time is required please put the request in the additional notes and we will do it as close as possible however this cannot be guaranteed unless priority delivery is ordered.

  14. If I make the order today, when will it be delivered?
    If you placed the order before 12 pm UAE time or as a priority delivery, we can do the delivery on the same day.

  15. What are your delivery charges?
    For deliveries in Dubai, the charge is AED 30. Deliveries above AED 1000, no delivery charge.
    For deliveries in Sharjah, the charge is AED 30. Deliveries above AED 1000, no delivery charge.
    All other emirates, minimum order is AED 1000 and delivery charge of AED 150 is applicable.
    Priority Delivery at aed is available only for Dubai and sharjah.

  16. I do not have the exact address, just a telephone or mobile number and the emirate of the recipient - can you still deliver?
    No. We will need the exact address for online orders. You may call the store and place an order in this case.

  17. Who makes the delivery?
    Wafi Natural Flowers has their own delivery team and this is organized internally.

  18. Will you call the recipient before delivering?
    Yes, we usually call the recipient to organize the delivery & ensure availability of the recipient. Unless you ask us not to.

  19. What happens in case the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?
    Pls refer to terms and conditions.

  20. What country or cities do you deliver to?
    We deliver only in UAE. We can deliver to all emirates, please refer to the delivery clause in the terms and conditions.

  21. Do you delivery internationally?
    No, we deliver only in the UAE.

  22. Is there a minimum value for an order?
    For deliveries in Dubai and Sharjah, there is no minimum value for order but we charge for deliveries. However, deliveries above AED 1000, there is no delivery charge.
    All other emirates, minimum order is AED 1000 and delivery charge of AED 150 is applicable.

  23. How do I know my order has been received and confirmed?
    You will receive a call confirming this from the Wafi Natural Flowers team.

  24. Do you call before delivery? Do you deliver at a time convenient to the recipient?
    Yes, we usually call the recipient to organize the delivery & ensure availability of the recipient. Unless you ask us not to.

  25. What if the product received is damaged?
    Please refer to the return policy in our terms and conditions.

  26. I am sending gifts, can the prices be removed before delivery?
    Our products don’t carry a price on them usually.

  27. Can I get gift wrapping for the products I have purchased?
    Yes. Please request for it in the additional comments.

    The delivery is done in a refrigerated delivery van to ensure freshness is maintained.

    Yes. We are a store in Wafi Mall.

  30. Can I place order for a flower bouquet from any other country?
    No. Not at this time.

  31. Can you add a greeting card with my message printed/written on it?
    Yes, we have a Wafi Natural Flowers dedication card and can write your message on it.

  32. Can I select the required arrangement online from the website?
    Yes.

  33. Is there any extra charge for delivery?
    Yes, pls refer terms and conditions.

  34. Will the flower arrangement that you make, be same as in picture?
    There are times when some flowers are not in season or available, in which case, we will replace them similar flowers of equal quality and value. **

  35. Is it Fresh flowers? Where do they get imported from?
    Yes, our flowers are fresh imported from a number of countries.

  36. Can I add a balloon or cake to the order for flowers?
    No. As of now, we cannot arrange for the same.

  37. Can I get some changes done in the arrangement as per the special requirement?
    Yes, in such cases, please call the store at 04-3885535 and they can assist if possible and place the order with them not online.

  38. What about the service on Valentine day?
    As it’s a very busy day, please ensure you place your orders 48 hours in advance.

  39. Can I order by telephone or email?
    Yes, we do take orders on telephone and email.

  40. Do the flowers come with a vase?
    Where mentioned in the product information, the vase is part of some arrangements. If not mentioned, you can select a vase in your order and it will be added.

  41. Do you offer business to business deliveries?
    Yes.

  42. How accurate are the photos on the Website?
    We have taken care to ensure the quality of the photos is as close to the product delivered. In some cases, when flowers are not in season, you may see some changes.

  43. How do I care for my flowers?
    Before placing your flowers in a vase re–cut the stems at an angle for maximum water absorption. Keep your flower arrangement away from the heat and direct sunlight.

  44. When will my credit card be charged?
    As soon as the order is placed.

  45. How do I check the status of my order, track my order?
    You can call us at the store to follow-up. We will call you once the order has been delivered.
