To order at Wafi Natural Flowers you must select the "I Accept the Terms of Service" checkbox  at the time of checking out. By doing so, you accept and agree to be bound by these on-line shopping terms and conditions and such other policies as mentioned on the website, which together constitute the entire agreement between us. Nothing in these On-line shopping terms and conditions affects your statutory rights, either as a consumer or otherwise.And you agree to receive registration, order status and other communication for your orders from Wafi Natural Flowers and its sister sites.

Orders for Delivery outside the UAE

All items on this website are directed for delivery only within the UAE.

Vases

For any arrangement shown with a vase, the price includes the vase, unless specified in the product description. Certain flower and plant products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.

Colors, Specifications and Dimensions of Products

We make every effort to display the colors, specifications and dimensions of items on the website as accurately as possible. The colors you see will depend on the resolution of your monitor; we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will reflect accurately the color of the item delivered. The dimensions, specifications and quantities of items displayed on our website may vary from time to time without prior notice. For example, the bouquets are subject to seasonal availability of flowers.

Substitution Policy

All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality after customer's approval.

The exact accessory shown on the product image is not guaranteed and depends upon availability. The gift will not change but the accessory may vary in color, shape, etc. If a substitution is required one of equal value & style will be substituted in its place.

Delivery

To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details and telephone number, together with your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.

If the recipient is not at the delivery address during delivery, we leave a door tag and/or a voice mail, asking the recipient to coordinate pickup or delivery.  We will email you a delivery confirmation, to keep you updated about your order. In case the order was not delivered, we can deliver the same item based on further instruction at an extra delivery cost which will be communicated to you at the time of rescheduling.

We will make every effort to deliver the floral arrangement and/or gift baskets on the requested day. Unfortunately, due to various circumstances, we are unable to guarantee a delivery time.

We will make every attempt to do the delivery without contacting the recipient. However, if we are experiencing difficulties with the delivery we may have to contact them.

Our delivery time slots and charges are as follows:

1. Between 11am and 3pm
2. Between 4pm and 9pm

Delivery outside these time slots should be ordered with "Priority Delivery".

For cities such as Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, Ras al Khaimah, Al Ain and Umm al Quwain, there is a minimum order requirement of AED 1,000.

Payment

We accept payment by Visa and Master card.

We cannot accept orders from customers under the age of eighteen (18) years. You may use this website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.


Changes & Cancellations

If there any changes to your order such as delivery date, delivery location, card message, etc., please email any changes to info@wafinaturalflowers.com referencing your order number and the changes you wish to make.

Refund Policy

For a Full 100% Refund the cancellation you should contact 48 hr prior to the delivery. If your order has already been dispatched you will be charged for the delivery.
If there is any complaint regarding the quality of the product being delivered, the complaint must be made within 12 hours of delivery. We will investigate and if the complaint is valid, the customer will get a replacement or a full refund.

When you register with the Service you will be required to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us immediately.
